That Feel Premium.
If premium licensing is off the table, don’t worry. We’ll teach you to build ‘free’ Power Apps that feel premium, using SharePoint Lists and standard connectors within eligible Microsoft 365 entitlements.

Nothing in life is free. These apps can avoid additional ongoing platform licensing costs, but SharePoint List-based Power Apps can have a higher total cost of ownership than premium alternatives once development, maintenance and support are included. Designed for in-house makers, developers and technical teams. We agree the starting level and tailor the balance of topics to your experience and chosen path.
- Define The Outcome. Choose a use case, map the process and establish a baseline using the IV Method.
- Build The Foundations. Structure data, design screens and create the core Power App.
- Connect The Workflow. Build and troubleshoot Power Automate flows. The AI path spends more time on AI actions and reviewing their outputs.
- Improve And Test. Refine usability, permissions and exception handling. The AI path also uses AI development assistants, with testing of their suggestions.
- Evaluate And Plan Delivery. Test against user needs, estimate running costs and agree the next increment and benefit measures.
Measure Whether The Investment Is Worthwhile.
Learn to compare the starting position with the result: time spent, turnaround, errors or service quality. Include licensing, AI consumption, development and support costs. Distinguish time released from cash savings, and record assumptions so a projected return can be checked against actual use.
Prepare Your Team To Take The Next Step.
Before training, we agree your learning goals, access permissions, licences and environment. During the programme, your team develops a practice application, a value assessment and a plan for further delivery. A training prototype still needs your organisation’s normal security review, testing and release approval before operational use.
